2024 Camper Fee: $325/camper ($50 deposit due at registration)

The Camper Fee applies to both youth and adult campers (see below for more distinction). The fee includes lodging at a local church, all meals, all building materials, tools, games, liability insurance, evening programs, a sweet T-shirt and more!

If you’re ready to join us at Workcamp, your first step is to Register as either an Individual or with a Group. Group registrants need to designate a “Contact Person” (often a youth group leader or similar) to fill out the initial Registration Form and pay the fees for the number of campers in your group to sign up. Individuals simply fill out the form for themselves and pay the deposit.

After we receive the Registration Form and deposit, either the Contact Person or Individual registrant will receive Application Forms to distribute to each participant. This gathers more information about why each person wants to attend and includes our camp Covenant and Liability forms to sign.  Other helpful mailings will be sent to the Contact Person to help your group prepare!

Youth Camper Age Qualifications:

Workcamp is focused on providing a retreat camp experience for high school age youth, so Workcampers must be either 14 years old by the date of the Workcamp 2024 or be going into the 9th Grade in the Fall after camp.

Adult Camper Qualifications:

Adults must accompany youth coming as part of a group. Adult campers must be at least 21 years old as of the start of camp. There must be at least (1) male adult if any youth males are in the group or at least (1) male adult per (6) male youth campers if more than 6 males are in your group. There must be at least (1) female adult if any youth females are in your group or at least (1) female adult per (6) female youth campers if more than 6 female campers are in your group. Contact us if you expect 10+ campers in your group and we can help you with planning your required adult campers and other logistics.

At least one adult camper will be assigned to each crew of youth campers for the whole week and will be responsible for driving their crew to and from the work sites each day. It’s helpful to plan ahead of time about which cars you bring to camp. Since the crews are typically 5-7 people, plus coolers and storage tote full of tools, adults often bring minivans, SUVs, or trucks, if they can. Again, contact us ahead of time if you have any concerns and we can certainly work out logistics with you!
